Delivery time is 24 hours for most products and location. Some products can be delivered up to 6 working days, depending on the quantity ordered. There may be longer deadlines for customized or made-to-order products.

Deliveries to the address indicated by the customer cost from €2.75 depending on the country and delivery time:
PT Continental - €2,75
Espanha - €3,90
Madeira - €8,25
Açores - €8,25
For orders worth more than €39.00 in mainland Portugal and islands. The value for free delivery is calculated after discounting coupons and applying discounts.
Before completing your order, you will be able to select the time and address for delivery of your products.
After making the purchase, it will not be possible to change the delivery time of your order.

Returns
• ADA physical store (Rotunda do Complexo Desportivo, 15, 4595-069 Seroa);
• Distributor collection points (FEMA): before going to the collection point, you must contact the ADA support line, to issue a return form (Back Guide).
• At ADA stores: from the invoice or purchase receipt.
• At the distributor's collection points: from the Return Guide (or Back Guide), issued through the ADA Support line. All you have to do is call (+351) 255 890 040 (fixed line call cost) and inform them of your intention to make a return.
You can return a product within 14 days. With the exception of the products indicated in our Return Policies.
If you choose to return the product, you will receive the refund through the same
payment method used for the purchase. In these cases, the refund may occur up
to 14 days after receipt and verification of the order in our warehouse.
