Returns Policy

As provided in article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of 02/14, in distance purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 consecutive days to resolve the purchase and sale contract, without costs or need to indicate a justification. The term runs from the date of receipt of the product(s). The item(s) must be in the same conditions in which it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it.

 

You can do it in two ways:

  1. a) Go to the ADA physical store, located at Rotunda do Complexo Desportivo, 15, 4595-069 Seroa, presenting the corresponding invoice and proof of identification.
  2. b) Contact our Helpline 255 890 040 (“Call to the national fixed network”) for information on shipping procedures.

 

Conditions required for the return:

  1. Items without signs of use;
  2. Return of the complete article, in the exact conditions in which it was received,
  3. Return period: 15th consecutive day, counting from the delivery date;
  4. Returns for transport damage – the deadlines for making claims for damage caused by transport will be 48 hours from the date of delivery. After this period of time, ADA is not responsible for any defect or damage that may have occurred in transit.

 

In the case of returns, the refund of the purchase price will be made after validation of the fulfilment of the return conditions described above, with ADA having a period of 14 days for this purpose. In case of return, the customer fully assumes the transport costs (shipping and collection).
