The holder of personal data is the natural person to whom the data relate, and who used the ada website (www.adastore.com) or, when otherwise related to the ADA (eg registration on the website, subscription applications Newsletter, application submission by email or on the website, placing orders by email, in person or by telephone, purchase of products/services, etc.).

ADA guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Despite the fact that ADA collects and processes data in a secure way, and that it prevents its loss or manipulation, using the most perfected techniques for this purpose, we inform you that the collection in an open network allows the circulation of personal data without conditions of security, running the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.

The ADA website has a chat, in which users can ask questions and thus take better advantage of the entire offer. If users provide personal data to ADA through said chat, they will not be used for any purpose other than that requested. On the other hand, the user consents to accessing information relating to the service contracted with ADA in order to be able to offer additional services to the contracted party. ADA guarantees, in such cases, that these third parties will have limited access to the information of the data subjects, restricting themselves solely to those data necessary for the performance of the contracted tasks.

These policies are not managed or controlled by the ADA, and therefore we assume no responsibility for the content and activities of these websites.

ADA treats and preserves your personal data according to the purposes for which they are collected and processed, the access of our employees is limited according to the purpose.
